Privacy Policy
This policy describes how U-Veda collects, uses and protects your personal data in compliance with LGPD (Brazil) and GDPR (European Union).
1. What we collect
Only what's necessary: name (optional), email (for product delivery), payment data (processed directly by Stripe — we never touch your card number), and anonymous usage data through optional analytics cookies.
2. How we use it
Deliver purchased products, send communications related to your purchase, improve the site. We do not sell your data. We do not share with third parties except essential providers (Stripe for payment, email provider for delivery).
3. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data at any time. For any request, write to info@u-veda.com — we respond within 7 days.
4. Cookies
Essential cookies (session, language) are always active. Analytics cookies only with your consent — you decide in the banner upon entering the site.
5. Retention
We keep purchase data for the legally required period (5 years for tax purposes). Analytics data for no more than 14 months.
6. Security
We use TLS encryption for all connections and secure storage. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 — the highest standard in the payments industry.
